We have been busy with angling charters, but we have been observing plenty of wildlife while traveling to and from the fishing grounds.

Common dolphins outside Baltimore Beacon!
Over the weekend we were met by dolphins about a minute after leaving the harbour!!! 😍🐬
The dolphins were jumping with joy to see Radiance back on the water!!!
Dolphins love to bow ride between the two hulls of Radiance and when we stop moving they get bored and go away! 🤣
If we see a pod that are feeding they don’t bother with us, so these are well fed dolphins seemingly having fun 🤩

Basking shark seen from Radiance in West Cork!
Radiance is back on the water!!! 🌞🌊
We had incredible encounters over the weekend with the fine weather.
One sighting included a basking shark that came right up to our boat! 🦈 😍
Don’t fret though, these filter feeding gentle giants can reach 10 meters in length and are such impressive animals to see, but thankfully they only eat plankton!!

We have had Common dolphin 🐬 on every tour this season and they’ve never disappointed us yet!
Always social and highly active you would think the displays they put on are planned! Sometimes we are lucky enough for dolphins to join the bow of the boat! Couldn’t you watch them forever 😍

One of three fin whales seen this morning!
What a day already! 😍 We have already had fantastic sightings this morning with common dolphins and massive fin whales!
