Have you dreamed or riding over the Alp's in Switzerland, the Scottish highlands, parking in Trafalgar Square London, cruising along the beautiful west coast of Norway and many more places in Europe? Has the hassle of shipping seemed like a nightmare? Buy you OWN motorcycle. Our service provides the tools to buy, collect, service and store your very own bike in Europe at a fraction of the cost of

shipping or renting. We will help you purchase the bike, we will deal with all paperwork, set up insurance and store the bike till you arrive and help you sell it if you so choose. Costs. Commission on bike purchasing will be 450 Euro per transaction. This includes all paperwork, one year of storage and a check over by my mechanic. Camping and use of shop is 15/Euro/day. Motorcycle collection is 1 Euro/mile or 60c/km. Storage is 300/year or 30 Euro/month. If your bike is for sale, there is no storage charge. How does the process work? Titling a bike in Ireland as a non resident is legal. I provide my address and bike will be titled in your name. Insurance is handled by a third party. Some Irish insurance companies accept Australian drivers license. Green card insurance is provided by several vendors on a monthly basis as long as you have a current MC Drivers License.

Good morning folks.
You may have noticed that I’ve not been posting much this year, much of it due to work commitments on the farm side as we had a very late spring and we’ve been playing catchup all summer.
We have had a steady flow of clients through this season and lots of new and familiar faces have popped in and out.
As yet we have had no luck on the insurance front.
The underwriters have been very uncooperative in dealing with non residents but as yet have given no valid reason why a non resident is a higher risk than an Irish 17 year old on a sports bike.
We have decided to approach the market with volume now rather than individual cases.
Out friend Greg has prepared an online form that I urge each of you to fill and hopefully with enough potential clients the insurers will see the market potential.

The reason for this is we'll have one last crack at enticing an insurance underwriter such as Liberty or AXA to see the value we can bring to their books as a group of sensible, skilled and very low risk insurance clients

The information gathered will not be shared with anyone other than potential underwriters or a broker willing to act on our behalf within the Irish Insurance industry

Insurance updates.
We are making progress on the insurance front.
Apparently the insurance companies don’t think we exist and didn’t have a category to put us in.
We have a WhatsApp group with the latest updates and instructions on who to pester.
Please PM or WhatsApp me your number if your looking to buy a bike here and insure it with an Irish insurance company so I can add you to the WhatsApp chat list and see updates as they progress.

Howdy folks.
Spring is here and summer approaching fast.
As some of you are aware Irish insurance companies are having issues insuring non residents on motorcycles. It’s not an issue with cars ironically which seems odd.
I’m exploring many avenues to alleviate this issue before the season starts but, the one big factor is that the insurers don’t think the market exists.
We as a group have to let them know there is a market. I’ve been in contact with Clements who specialise in insuring non residents in cars so I urge you all to contact them at +353 1 9645098 to let them know there is a market and your willing to buy whatever package they can come up with.
Please call and make them aware.

Howdy from Ireland folks.
My 10th year in business both in the motorcycle and agricultural side of things.
2023 was a great year on the motorcycle front with people finally stepping out into the world after covid.
A big thank you to Kevin and Marie wheeler for being very instrumental in getting my new home finally started and of course Scott and his brother jono, for swinging a hammer when needed.
We can forget mr Stephen back for his witty humour, excellent coffee making skills, and ability to saw and hammer wood.
Merry Christmas to all the clients of the motofeirme team and let’s hope that 2024 brings us good health and happiness.

It would be great to hear your thoughts via this form
