We are explorers and adventurers, we are stand up paddle boarders. We are explorers and adventurers. We are stand up paddle boarders (SUP).

Come paddle with us and fully experience the coastline in a whole new way while discovering a new adventure around every corner! We adventure and leave life’s trials and tribulations on the beach behind us. We travel to find new places and experience new things. We explore to immerse ourselves in the environment and become one with the wild. We seek out waterways because they allow us to be free,
taking us to places rarely seen by others. We paddle board in order to join nature and regain our connection to ourselves. We are about bringing new experiences to people and taking them on a journey of discovery that they will never forget. We are so much more than a paddle board school and we will teach you everything you need to know to have an epic, safe adventure. We run tours daily at 10am, 13:00, and 17:00 from Di**le. They are €40 per person. We have group discounts available. We offer a wide variety of other tours at different locations, including full day adventures, weekend tours and keep an eye out for our longer trips this Autumn

Apparently, it was the coldest June since 2015. But that meant that when the sun broke through a few days ago, it was truly glorious. We had some fabulous paddling with some lovely people. It was a joy to be on the water! Thank you, one and all, for joining us.
🌞🌞🌞
The only thing this view is missing is a stand up paddle boarder.
We've been busy getting off the ground this week. She's up, she's running, she's got delicious goodies inside. And now we are ready to paddle again, too!
Come visit us in Di**le for a paddle or Killarney for a coffee and queencake!
You should always be prepared to get wet. You might not fall in, but you might. You might not want to fall in, but you might anyway. Don't come paddle boarding if you aren't willing to get wet. If you aren't falling in, you aren't challenging yourself.
It's FUN
It's SAFE
It's WARM (enough)
So even if you don't fall in accidentally, I invite you to JUMP!
Take a leaf out of these **le students and take the plunge!

The Aurora Borealis has been on my bucket list since I was a child. I never would have thought I would get to see it blazing above my house. It was peaceful, mesmerising, beautiful, and well worth staying up late for. The universe truly is spectacular.
Just like the basking sharks last year, so many things had to line up to make this possible.
🌌The Northern Lights are only rarely visible this far south.
🌌The sky was expensively clear.
🌌There is very little light pollution living in such a rural area.
Next up on my SUP bucket list is paddling under the Northern Lights somewhere near the Arctic Circle. Where are your suggestions for the best places to manifest this vision?

We are so delighted about this news! Way to go Eire!
The park will cover 70,000 acres and seas and will be Ireland’s first Marine National Park.
What a beautiful group of people. We had such a fabulous time meeting fellow paddlers and talking all things SUP on the Island of Ireland. We met old friends and made new ones. We tried SUP yoga for real. We chatted, we ate, we talked, we paddled. Can't wait to see and paddle with these folks again.
A big shout out to , , and for hosting the beautiful weekend.
We topped it off with Oona's water rescue renewal. You'll all be glad to know she passed. 😉
Sorry if I forgot to tag anyone, we certainly haven't you.
Hello everyone! It's been a while since we've introduced ourselves. So here goes...
Back in January 2016, Ed and I had the idea to start a stand up paddle board tour company in his home county of Kerry. We jumped on it and after a few wild years and lots of learning later, Roan entered the scene and made the LaceyBets a trio.
We love being outdoors. We love adventuring. We love hotsprings and seaweed baths. We love the mountains and the sea. We love wildlife and this planet we all call home. Ed loves surfing. I love exploring and Roan loves water in almost any form.
We are Wild SUP Tours!
Thanks for the rare family photo.
Thank you Killarney National Park! You were a fantastic host!
Killarney National Park played host to so many sustainable activities as part of the Wander Wild Festival at the weekend.
A natural landscape of sheer mindfulness and retreat, the joy of stand up paddle boarding with Wild SUP Tours, long hikes, Dawn swims at Dundag, kayaking, Torc Woods IMRA race organised by Joe O'Leary, fireside talks, outdoor yoga Samhradhs sauna
Congratulations to all the organisers Killarney.ie

A beautiful finish to a fantastic Wander Wild Festival weekend. We're already looking forward to next year.

We tasted everything on this Wander Wild Festival taster session. Up wind, down wind, flat calm and chop, plus I got to show everyone that falling in is OK. I couldn't finish the weekend without a dip in the lake.

An unexpected glass off made this Wander Wild Festival taster session an extra special paddle.

This is what winter in looks like. Warm fire in a pub down in the back of beyond. I love this spot. I can vividly remember that the guy behind the bar let us get changed out of our wetsuits in front of the fire after a freezing cold surf and have a few pints after. I'm thinking that must have been 94/95.

What fun we had! What fun they had! Paddling in the sunshine with a gung-ho group of college students from @shuindingle really was a great way to kick off the summer. This time last year, we had a true Bucket List experience. Every Spring, these gentle giants migrate through Irish waters and you'll see reports of sightings across social media. Well, at the end of last year it finally happened for us. We paddled with Basking Sharks! After no repeat experience this year, we now realise just how fortunate we were last year and how many different elements fell into place. ☀️The weather was good, meaning the plankton that the sharks feed on was close to the surface, bringing the sharks up from the depths. 🌍 We were in the right area at the right time. 🧑🤝🧑 Owen from Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths was a helpful ally by giving us the heads up the sharks were around. We are continuously grateful for last year's experience. And who knows, it may just happen again in future. So why not come Paddle with us next Spring? We might just get lucky!! Thank you @tadhg_obrien for the drone footage! #baskingshark #wildatlanticway #wildlife #closeencounters #dinglepeninsula #ventry #standuppaddle #SUP #gratitude #gentlegiant #bucketlist #spring #migration

On Valentines day, 2024, we ran a press tour for the Wander Wild Festival on Muckross Lake. It was the first time stand up paddle was allowed on the Lakes in this fashion. Kelly Ann said it best "it was amazing, lashing rain but still so cool!" We are absolutely stoked to be part of the Wander Wild Festival this March and we are so honoured to get to bring stand up paddle to the lakes of Killarney! Get booking through the Wander Wild Website, because this is an amazing once off chance! https://wanderwildfestival.com/ #wanderwildfestival #wildsuptours #killarney #standuppaddle #nationalpark #love #greatoutdoors #whatalife #gratitude #sup #lakes #muckrosshouse #wildatlanticway #kerry #thekingdom #ireland
We love paddling with adventurous gung-ho people! And these university students were just that. Having a blast in Ireland and ready to play. It was a pleasure to help facilitate and join in on their fun. Thanks so much and good luck from all of us here at Wild SUP Tours and Brandon Adventures Dingle Global Education #travel #fun #standuppaddle #wildatlanticway #dinglepeninsula #adventure #collegelife
Some days on the job are better than others. This was a particularly fantastic morning on Dingle Harbour. We saw an ocean sunfish, a pod of common dolphins and a school of fish. The ocean was alive! The ocean sunfish or mola, can grow to be 14 feet tall and weigh up to 2.5 tonnes. They are very curious and may approach but are completely harmless to humans. They are currently considered vulnerable as they are highly susceptible to plastic pollution and the fishing industry. We were absolutely delighted to come across such a rare and beautiful animal. Who else wants to do they're part to help protect the ocean sunfish? #dinglepeninsula #wildatlanticway #wildlife #standuppaddle #molamola #oceansunfish #bestjobever #suptouring #wildsuptours #nature
When we first set up Wild SUP Tours, we had a lot of conversations about us not necessarily being a SUP school but about SUP being our mode of exploration. Here is what I mean by that and why SUP is the best mode of exploration, in my humble opinion. It's you, standing on the board, in the middle of nature. No boat walls between you and the wild. Nothing limiting your connection to the environment. You can jump in and swim whenever you like without having to awkwardly clamber back into a kayak. You can't run out of diesel or break down because it's you trusting your body to do the job. It gets you places you can't drive, walk or easily swim to. SUP is also easy to do. Yes, you must approach it safely, but baring that, you can go out your first time and get the full experience. And if you fall in love, as many do, you can work on your SUP skills your whole life. As Ed always says "sweeping, it's easy to do but hard to master." 😉 #standuppaddle #sup #freedom #nature #summerfun #lifepursuit #adventuretime #wildsuptours #wildatlanticway #dinglepeninsula
