UPDATE on Mali search: Good day everyone! She hasn't turned up yet and I'm losing hope to find her actually ON the island. My plan: I will take a ferry between 12 and 1 pm (with a white van with German plate) and want to take a boat to go around the island to see if she's fallen/stuck somewhere because that would be of highest priority. If still somewhere on land, she'll survive more easily. A friendly chap here is already out on his quad and searching again. If the sea search should result in nothing I will go up to the lighthouse area in the afternoon and start one last hike around the area. If anyone can/wants to support the search, I'd be grateful if:

• someone could put me in contact with the lifeboat person/a person with a boat to go around the island. Technically I'm licensed to drive a motor boat but I don't know the waters nor the coast.

• does someone know the dog ward and/or sheep farmers that I could contact to see if they came across her or anything?

• you can/want to meet me in the afternoon at the lighthouse are for a search walk. I'd announce the exact time here depending on the sea search. My guess is, some time between 3 and 5 pm. Thank you all so much for your unwavering support!

This weekend coming there is going to be the best atmosphere around Leab!!!

Anyone travelling to this event on either day you can enjoy a lovely stroll across the beach to the Shorefront Stage, no need to take the car(helps reduce traffic congestion)
