Coiste Siamsa Shore Angling Garda Championships 2018: Ballinoulart
Saturday 8th September 2018: Fishing 2pm – 6pm (High Tide 7pm)

Meet at carpark Ballinoulart before 1pm. Meal afterwards in Upton Court Hotel (previously
Sean Ógs) Kilmuckridge around 7pm. Cost for fishing and 3 Course meal €32 (including heaviest fish).
Please let us know if you will be there.

This competition is open to all serving and retired members of An Garda Siochána and invited visitors
as guest anglers.

This is also a club Master Angler Competition.

Saw these in Kilmore Quay off the Saltee Islands last Sunday!

NRW work with Whale & Dolphin Conservation to continue a long-term study of the Risso’s dolphins around Bardsey island.

The Garda Angling Club held its 2nd and 3rd leg Boat Master Angler in Kilmore Quay on 10&11th June 2018. The fine weather didn't help the angling conditions. 2nd leg was won by Tom Crossan with 5 species including L*D, cod, pollack, wrasse. A Tope was also caught during the 2nd leg. 3rd leg was won by Frank Crowley with 5 species including black bream, cod, ling , wrasse, pollack.

The Coiste Roinne Boat Sea Angling Championships 2018 will be held in Kilmore Quay on 4/7/2018. All positions have been filled.

The Coiste Siamsa Boat Sea Angling Championships will be held in Kilmore Quay on 5/7/2018. 3 positions remaining. Fee €50. Closing date 25/6/18. Contact Frank Crowley on 086-2262727 for details. Species competition. Life jackets must be worn. All Anglers must have insurance.

Its always a pleasure to see the odd Black Bream at Wicklow. Myself and young Fiacra had one each last Monday among another 11 species on the day.
