- Diverse and Friendly Tours: Since 2016 nearly 50% of our guests have been female with over 20% being solo travellers.

Dublin Whiskey Tours like all other Dublin businesses which rely heavily on tourism has been hit very hard by the present health crisis. We have received over 80% cancellations for the next 3 months and no new bookings in 4 weeks.

We hope we can keep our business open by selling gift vouchers for our whiskey experiences until we can get back to pouring great Irish whiskeys as soon as this crisis has passed - our vouchers have no expiration date.

If you could share this post with anyone who would like to join us for a well-earned whiskey after this situation has improved it would be greatly appreciated.

Today we would like to share a couple of Irish toasts. We will start with the most famous one of all.

Sláinte - "to your health" derives from the Old Irish word slán, meaning "healthy" or "safe".

Here are a few more for when you're feeling adventurous. 🥃👌

Is fearr an tsláinte ná táinte - "Health is better than wealth"

Fad saol agat - "Long life to you."

Croí follain agus gob fliuch - "A healthy heart and a wet mouth!"

Only a few years ago Dublin had no distilleries operating and now in 2020 we have 4 to choose from. Each has their own style and charm and tells the story of Dublin Whiskey in their own way. Let's hope we have a few more openimg in the years to come. A Northside distillery or two would be a great addition. @ Dublin, Ireland
