Sabian Kulczynski Superleague Triathlon, Malta I am looking for funding to get me to represent Ireland at Superleague Triathlon in Malta this coming October.
Bringing together adults and kids to enjoy the sport of off-road cycling. However a huge emphasis will be placed on supporting and encouraging our youth riders.

Ride Co Clare is has been setup to encourage and support all riders regardless of age, ability or s*x. We have many very talented and successful young riders at the moment in Clare and many more who have not had the opportunity to engage fully in the sport of Mountain Biking due to lack of access to the sport, we wont to change this. We will run regular spins and training session, our more talente
d and experienced riders will share their knowledge with the less experienced. Nobody will be left behind no matter what their ability or age.

No excuses not to get out there!
No car?...No problem!!
If your'e from Limerick or Athlone, it really is easier than ever to get to Bike Park Ireland.
Well the first kids/adults spin was a hit today. New system working well. We spent time today going over technical climbs and drops to get the young shredders really honing their skills. Never had a 2 hour spin feel so short. Great fun had by all I think. Thanks to everyone for turning up and helping out.
Well done to the Clare Sports Partnership for putting on a fantastic expo on Saturday. Was great to see so many cycling clubs, and so many other sports clubs in Clare! Huge thanks for giving us the chance to be involved, and congratulations to all who put in the work to make the night such a success!
Can’t wait to get more trails! Really good to see developments progress.
Highlights reel from GAP. Not sure how I kept it so short! Things missing from it include the monster burger (too busy eating it!) and also the showers/bike wash, necessary after a long day in the saddle (and only off it once)! Slight mechanical needing fixing, probably because of all the bouncing around. Long trails, with flowing blues, moving to more technical reds and blacks, with the red+ and black+ trails encouraging a bit of air, just remember to land safely! Spot the dual slalom at the end of the video, a nice way to prove to friends and club-mates who the fastest is down the mountain!
A small highlight reel from Ticknock on Saturday morning. The trails are still being actively improved, and the changes are all for the good. Sweeping berms give a really fast flow to the downhill, which you can easily session by going up the road, but be warned, doing so means you miss out on a fantastic single track climb. Coillte make great trails when they add them to their forestry lands!
Just back from a great road trip. Sampling Ticknock, Ballinastoe and Glencullen Adventure Park - The GAP. Three great places to ride! We started off in Ticknock, spotted some deer in Ballinastoe and after an overnight in Coolakay House B&B, took a day in GAP. The B&B was brilliantly located, with a fab breakfast and they were super helpful with bikes and gear. GAP was a great place to ride too, and having an uplift after the first day was definitely appreciated! If you’re interested in coming on trips like this, come see us at the Clare Sports Partnership Expo on the 29th September, 6-8pm, at the West County Hotel, Ennis. Watch out for a couple videos coming soon from the weekend.
This is a great opportunity to try mountain biking!
