d with Irish music, his interest is not only in playing but also in the instrument itself. He studied Instrument Making in Limerick School of Music for 3 years in 1990s and learnt this beautiful instrument inside and out. With his knowledge and skills, Pat has been a reliable assistant in Custy's Traditional Music Shop in Ennis for more than a decade. Some of his regular customers are renowned musicians, some are students or parents of young children. He looks after any quality of fiddles that are brought in to him. As for his years of experience, some people travel from different counties such as Limerick, Cork, Waterford etc. He has a great passion for working with this instrument and hearing the beautiful music that comes from it.
