The spacious open plan Lounge, Dining Room and extensive Kitchen area are surrounded with panoramic windows overlooking the extensive gardens, Patio Terrace, Harbour and Headland and the Bar-B-Q area.
The ground floor has bedrooms, a large Games Room with steps machine and exercise bicycle again with views of the harbour and beyond. There is parking for four cars in the private driveway adjoining the house and further parking at the top of the east entrance. There is ample space for a boat and trailer. The village centre is a short walk from the house. There is more than ample outside area for recreation dining etc.
Fethard on Sea is a wonderful village on the famous Hook Peninsula with all amenities, Pubs, Shops, Chemist, Chinese Restaurant, Cafes, Tourist Information office. Kayak Hire, Surf Shop. Spiritual Clairvoyant Practice, Coasteering Centre, and Neville's award winning Pub Restaurant with superb food.
Fethard is two hours travelling from Dublin and half an hour from Waterford and the Hook Peninsula area attracts visitors from throughout the civilised world and Australia for its famous coast with 14 Beaches (one for every day of the Holiday) and boast the most annual sunshine in Ireland.
