After much demand, our deep fried sushi rolls are now VEGAN. Giving the people what they want and these deep fried, crispy beauties turned out even more delish 😋 Thanks to Evergreen Healthfoods for sorting us out with vegan styled cheese. A combination of avocado, vegan cheese, carrot and cucumber strips, all wrapped up in coconut sticky rice and then DEEP FRIED. Lightly garnished with spicy vegan mayo and spring onions. Oh my!!

Finally! I mean this makes the most sense especially in a hospital. You would think this healthy food initiative would of taken place ages ago but happy it's being done now..As they say, let food be thy medicine!

UK hospitals will serve certified vegan meals trademarked by The Vegan Society as part of the launch of their new healthy food initiative, Catering For Everyone.
