Properties and resorts are reopening overseas and flights are starting to operate again, but all work is being done in date order. So just bare with us if you are traveling after July 2020.

We are still waiting on confirmation from our authorities when we can reopen our doors and what procedure to take going forward. It's looking like the tourism industry is last to be advised and there is still no clear clarification, which is frustrating for us all.
Trust that we are doing our best for each and every one of our customers.

Unfortunately travel won’t be happening for the foreseeable, but all work is being done in date order. So just bare with us if you are traveling after May 2020.
We are waiting on airlines to email updates/cancellations/changes etc.
We cannot do anything until we receive written confirmation from the airline, properties etc. So please keep this in mind.
We cannot cancel your holiday before we receive notification from the suppliers, because if we do, you will not be entitled to the credit, so we have to be patient.
Most are issuing vouchers/credits at the moment but clarification will come to us in the coming weeks we hope.

Airlines are waiving the change fees on flights, so if you could decide if you want to change your booking to a later date, can you please email [email protected] or [email protected] and [email protected] we can then get working on changing your dates.

PLEASE READ

Due to the recent outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, throughout our country, EU Tours and Polari Travel have decided to close our doors to the public.

All future bookings are safe and protected, all business will be dealt with over the phone and via email and online services. We will have staff on call all the time and one member of staff will be available to come into the office once a week, to take cash for payments and to give you your travel documentation.

There will be weekly updates on when the office will reopen to the public and again, you can contact us by phone at any time.

Please do not panic or be afraid, we have to take these precautions as we have one member of staff in the high risk category and we have to protect her well being.

We need to protect our staff and we need to cooperate with the advice from our healthcare specialists and our government. We are still taking future bookings (over the phone or via email)
