Back at the desk this week after the most amazing few days in Lyrath estate Kilkenny with my fellow Travel Counsellors and travel business partners including many airlines, cruise companies and hotel groups. We were briefed on new technologies coming to TC which is very exciting for the company. As well as presentations from each of our business partners to inform us of new industry updates for future travel.

I even won a place on a FAM trip to Orlando thanks to DoSomethingDifferent.com and Aer Lingus who ran an Epic Universal Challenge for TCs.

Thanks to all the head office staff in Travel Counsellors Ireland for organising yet another great event. Roll on 2025 when we celebrate 20years of travel counsellors in Ireland.

I will be out of the office for two full days on Thursday 11th and Friday 12th April with over 80 fellow Travel Counsellors, our Head Office Team as well as 55 business partners including 20 cruise lines, 19 airlines, 8 DMCs, 11 hotel groups/destination hotels, 7 tourist boards, tour operators, insurance and car hire representatives... ONE TEAM.

The last of my departing clients have been contacted and all existing quotes have been booked for some amazing 2024 adventures. I would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year

I want to take the opportunity to thank my existing customers for their support and referrals throughout the year. It has been a busy year with so many adventures booked covering all corners of the world. It has been a pleasure taking care of each and every one of your travel plans over the past year. I feel like I have visited so many countries on your adventures from the Caribbean, USA, African Safari's to Cruise, Asia to Australia thanks for trusting me in making your dream holiday or honeymoon become a reality.

Between 28th - 30th December, I'll be intermittently checking and responding to emails and enquiries. Normal working hours resume from 2nd January.

I was delighted to be invited onboard 5☆Celebrity Apex in Cobh last week together with some fellow Travel Counsellors for a seminar at sea, tour of the ship and dinner on board. What a treat to experience this gorgeous ship. Last year I was also on its sister ship Celebrity Beyond for its launch in Southampton. They are best described as a Luxury Resort at Sea. I would highly recommend the these ships to any couple or extended family group for an all-inclusive getaway at sea.
