I stood for such a long time beside this winter daphne today . It’s scent is so delicious and unexpected at this first touch of Spring , tantalizing me with the promise of heady days ahead . I’m hooked , will have to go every day now for my daily fix !

Officiated at a wedding ceremony in the old abbey at Huntington Castle recently . Sending you all the best , Rachel and Ian! It’s a wonderful place for a celebration, stepped in ancient lore. The gardens are amazing holding much beauty with many very old trees .

Swans have great elegance, beauty and a transcendental quality, They are both strong and very tender and have always been important in Irish story telling. We have the story of Angus and Caer. Angus dreamed about her first as a beautiful woman and then went on a journey and found her in the physical world as a swan.
