We made paper in the woods!
I had such a lovely day with Abhainn Dá Loilíoch Woodland Group and local families making paper and art under the trees.

Day 1; Learn Paper-making techniques - embedding petals, pulp painting, adding fibres & make lots of lovely paper!

Day 2; Make lots of lovely stuff with your lovely paper 😁 - Album or book, greeting cards, stationary & art!

Starting Wednesday the 2nd of October, you will create big and small artworks using the technique of cutting and glueing paper and other materials, to form your image.

Plein air painting & paper making workshop for children and adults in nature. Guided by ADL Woodland Group members. Materials will be provided.
An tSiúlóid Dúlra: Beidh muid ag siúil agus ag caint faoinár bplandaí dúchasacha. Biodiversity walk in Irish guided by Nick Jones. A walk in nature to rediscover our native plants and their names in Irish.
Followed by a picnic by river – Families welcome – Lahardaun

Prints!
Many of my cards are of the one-off variety; either hand painted, collaged or embedded flowers.
Over the years I've found some that work as prints and I've added to these from my sketchbooks - and now look!!
I've never had so many of them laid out together before 🙂
Some from photos, some on location, some right out of my imagination.
They all get printed onto recycled smooth card with my eco tank printer, then mounted onto handmade recycled paper.
