Iron and ironing board. Inish House is available to rent all year round from €450 for up to 8 people. A short drive or leisurely walk will take you down to the picturesque harbour at Portmore with its lovely horseshoe shaped beach. In recent years Dolphins have become regular visitors to the waters off Portmor. Whales and basking sharks can also be seen from the surrounding coastline. Overlooking Portmor harbour is the Seaview Tavern which features a quaint traditional pub and a restaurant. Nearby is Farren's Bar - the most northerly pub in Ireland. The coastline around the holiday home is dotted with hidden coves, rocky headlands and outcrops which are home to a large variety of seabirds. The narrow winding coastal roads and inland mountain tracks also provide ideal walking terrain for the keen rambler. Malin Head has managed to retain a good number of traditional thatched cottages which adds to the attractiveness of the landscape. Banbas Crown at Malin Head is less than 5km from the front door of the holiday home. The scenic road to Ireland's most Northerly point passes the quaint Curiosity Shop - it is well worth while stopping by for a browse. Malin Head is one of the main destinations points on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way . You can take in the wonderful coastal views here while enjoying a coffee from Caffe Banba - Ireland's most northerly cafe. '

The holiday home is a tranquil base to explore some of the major tourist attractions and amenities on the Inishowen Peninsula. Within easy driving distance you will find
the wonderful Famine Village on the Isle of Doagh, the Fort Dunree Military Museum and the Inishowen Maritime Museum and Planetarium in Greencastle. The superb Ballyliffin Golf Club is just 20km. This club features two championship links courses.
