Live Leitrim

Looking forward to doing this walk soon 😍

"Walk on water" is a good description of the new boardwalk in Drumshanbo Co Leitrim. At this stage now its open to the public a few months and is getting fantastic numbers of the public using it. The numbers are growing every day and this is great news for Leitrim.
This is a great user friendly walking trail, set up so that everyone can use it and another positive is that dogs are allowed so the dog lovers out there will be delighted with this one. I personally love it, its flat, great scenery and very tranquil.
Credit to Blueways Ireland for creating this and it really show cases the many fabulous walks here in Co Leitrim. This county has some of the best walks in Ireland, there are so many lowland walks and upland hiking trails which I hope to bring to you in the coming months.
