Sadly this class is not starting on Saturday but hopefully we will run one in time!

Sadly, due to lack of bookings, this block of classes is cancelled. We still think it was a wonderful idea and hope to get a de-stress for exam years running in time.

What is TRX???
TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise
*It uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.
*It is a brilliant exercise for those recovering from injury or trying to get back to fitness.
*You can adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance, you’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise.
