It boasts unrivalled views over Lough Foyle and on a clear day you can see as far as Scotland. The house is situated 1 mile outside the town of Moville and 3 miles from the fishing village Greencastle, which both have an excellent nightlife. It

is in an extremely private location but with the conveniences of the local town only 5 minutes away. There is a garden, complete with garden furniture so you can enjoy the outdoors comfortably. The master bedroom, located at the upper end of the house is fitted with one king-size and one single bed. At the other side of the house there is a double ensuite room and another large bedroom with a king-size bed, making this a great family home. There is a spacious open-plan kitchen and sitting room with open fire and oil-fired central heating throughout. BED LINNEN, TOWELS AND COOKING UTENTSILS ARE ALL SUPPLIED.. There are many daytrips to be taken while staying here not to mention the local activities; pitch & putt,(WITHIN HALF A MILE) childrens playground, horse riding,(BOTH WITHIN ONE MILE ) golf, coastal walks,(ONE MILE AWAY) dolphin watching, and water sports.(ONE MILE AWAY) There is also a Leasure Centre within five miles where you can enjoy a lovely swim regardless of the weather. A nearby car ferry to Magilligan makes accessible THE GIANTS CAUSEWAY, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Roe Valley Country Park, and Benone beach (Irelands longest beach). MALIN HEAD also proves an extremely popular daytrip, as do the scenic drives around the peninsula where you will see some of the most stunning views you'll ever experience! DERRY (CITY OF CULTURE 2013) is only 30 minutes away and hosts fantastic museums and shopping or you can walk the historic city walls and take in the fabulous views over county Derry. Or go back in time with the unique experience of DOAGH FAMINE VILLAGE. If you feel like relaxing you can visit one of the many beaches which are as close as two miles away, some of which are BLUE FLAG BEACHES and life guard patrolled. On arrival, we will be happy to meet you in Moville and show you to our house where you can have tea and biscuits and relax in front of the open fire, which is always welcome after a long journey!
