That's a wrap for 2024. Yesterday was our last day tour of 2024 when we brought the lovely Kelly Family to the Cliffs of moher and Burren and wild Atlantic way with a drop off at the beautiful Glenlo Abbey Hotel in Galway. What a wonderful morning at Newgrange passage Tomb for Winter Solstice. Truly a magical and Mystical experience at this Magnificent Passage Tomb which is Aligned to the Winter Solstice. Although the Sun did not come out at exactly 8.58am it came out shortly afterwards to enlighten the passageway for the lucky Lottery Winners inside. A selection of my photographs from the Magnificent Newgrange passage tomb in Co. Meath. It is coming up to the Winter Solstice and Newgrange is Aligned to the Winter Solstice. The tri spiral inside of Newgrange passage tomb in Co Meath. One of the finest and oldest examples of a tri spiral in the world inside of Newgrange passage tomb. The age old question what does the tri spiral mean 🤔. There has been many theories about this Ancient symbol that was carved into this rock by hand by a Neolithic person over 5000 years ago. I myself believe it could signify the meeting of tribes or something celestial but who knows. We are coming up to Winter Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and this magnificent passage tomb was aligned to Winter Solstice by the Neolithic builders over 5000 years ago and is still aligned today.
