The Boyne Valley and Ireland's Ancient East is an area rich in archaeological, monastic and natural heritage. The Independent Tour Guide Association was formed to promote & share this unexplored region of Ireland, after a group of us completed a Tour Guide Training programme with TTC International and Meath Partnership. Our tour guides are knowledgeable and passionate about their local areas, and

bring a unique insight into visiting the many sights and places of interest in the Boyne Valley and beyond.

Some photos from our recent Christmas party at The Athlone Springs Hotel which was also where we held our AGM for the Independent Tour Guides Association. A very enjoyable night was had by all.

Thank you to all the Members that attended in person and by zoom. Thank you to all our members throughout the country for there professionalism throughout the year and in all they do to promote Ireland. Thank you to all our committee members and chairman Jimmy Mulrooney for all you have done in the past year and we look forward to an exciting 2024.
