Yep, sun never shines in Ireland😎 Glorious wkd in County Galway hosting great friends & customers. Our 3rd visit back to the wescht coast club & Christy O’Connor JRs finest design⛳️ Tip of the cap to Dara & Peter + all staff at Galway Bay who keep making it easy to return!

With 20 trade companies representing & working on their farmers tan, it was Willie Hughes team from Abbey Signs who hoisted the Cup! Delighted to see XLNT Signs (c’mon the Rossies) & 3 Rock also on the podium. Some young guns from The Printed Source brought back nice memories of my lad Oisin💚

Day 1 at magnificent Portumna kick started the wkd off in style… 2 must plays & play as much as possible🥳😁 only in Ireland☘️

A magnificent golfing experience in Scotland, Links golf as good as it gets🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 The Scots have mastered the blueprint of Golf, Whisky & Castles. Royal Dornoch is certainly a beautiful diamond in the crown 👑 Nice to welcome my buddy’s from Toronto & share a few pints with Garth McGimpsey / Amateur Champion in ‘85 and his buddy’s from Belfast.
A huge thank-you to Neil Hampton & all the catering staff who looked after us. Delighted to get to the original clubhouse & excited to see the new one when completed.
So many greats have walked these fairways and it’s pretty neat to do the same. Royal Dornoch had some humble pie for me on day 1 so nice to go low on day 2. A fond memory I will always cherish and hopefully I’ll be able to bring a group of Irish here in the future.

Great afternoon for the SignMakers of Ireland at Dublins #1 Parkland course at Luttrellstown Castle. Superb layout, excellent condition, sunshine & slick greens & tasty food treated our group.

Kicking off our golf season for Tanned Paddy Golf & The SignMakers of Ireland at magnificent Baltray, County Louth GC. This special links has hosted 2 Irish Opens (Shane Lowry won as an amateur🥳) & is the home venue to the East of Ireland Championship☘️ Every great Irish golfer has competed and walked these fairways!

Well done to Angelo O’Connor for the big win on the day & trophy presented by our 1st Northern Irish society Captain, Paul Ferguson. Huge thanks to Lorraine & all staff for the warm welcome…. Damn this is an awesome Links & in superb condition. BTW- probably the best Fish & Chips you will ever get at golf club😋

Take a bow Mount Kidd… you absolute beauty!! A day to remember at stunning Kananaskis GC. Tremendous welcome by my good friend Bob Paley and the lad looked as great as the course played. Chuffed to bring good friends John, Len & Frank who have all visited Ireland with me.

A few years after to restoration following the floods in 2013 and it’s truly like hitting a ball into a picture. Alberta has some of the Worlds finest golf clubs & Kananaskis has 2 of them👏

World #1 for a reason & damn it’s a treat to play. Old Tom Morris magic weaving under the watchful eye of the Mourne Mountains. Blind tee shots, bearded bunkers, slick greens, magnificent condition & some of the finest holes in golf! You could play here every day and never get bored⛳️💪

Stewy Creek - a course & club that is one of my favourite places to visit when I come home from Ireland. Great people, fun memories, excellent golf + a bit of craic with some lifelong friends. Big ups to the greens staff who have the course presented in magnificent condition⛳️

Thanks to the young lady’s at Staples Menswear in the NW who had me looking sharp for round 2. Must have had passed on some goodluck with those 2 handed hugs (Emry & Edel😊)

The Vikings came to finish what they started😂
With the golf season coming to a finish & the courses a bit frosty, no better time to highlight this years victory of the defending champs…. Now the 3Time Champs🇸🇪 Well done lads👏

12Swedes, 6Canadians joined a bunch of Paddy’s to participate at the very classy Portumna GC. As the rain poured down in the morning, the Guinness kept the atmosphere alive in the clubhouse☘️12:00 Mother Nature pulled off a wonderful magic trick just before our 12:10 start. Rain gear came off, shorts and bad legs were everywhere 🤠

Fair play to the Swedes for podium domination! Cheers to everyone who travelled & here’s to Hayes pub who kept the craic going till the wee hours… who knew you could get lost in Portumna village😂

Always a treat to play with friends at one of our finest links courses. A favourite opening & closing hole duo of mine, blessed on recent visits with superb weather which was only outclassed by the Links itself. The biggest dunes in Co. Dublin, it’s a must play on any East Coast rotation⛳️ A consensus #1 for many on trips to the Emerald Isle and a nice touch with the flags from the very welcoming staff 🇸🇪 🇨🇦 Tip of the cap to you all🇮🇪

What else can you say about Enniscrone that hasn’t been said already! Championship Links, top class staff, stunning scenery & perhaps most important- affordable golf for us locals⛳️ there’s a reason why I keep bringing events & international guests up to area… they truly welcome you with old school Irish charm and they are a delight to work with!! Until next time…. A Canadian Invitational or a Canada Cup is in the cards☘️🍁 top shelf work aswell with that soft Schligo sand in your bunkers…. Bring a beach towel if ya can’t get out…Nice upgrade👍🏽
