Private Dublin group experience : a tale of two drinks on a trail of Dublin pubs. Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming guests of on tour. At dublin , our Whiskey Specialist Karl delivered a tutored Irish whiskey tasting, featuring some carefully selected small batch Irish whiskeys. At our next stop , just a short walk away, , the focus turned to craft Irish gin, with a tasting masterclass delivered by John. Two very different stories , but two drinks categories closely aligned in Ireland nonetheless!

This Saturday , March 23rd, the Malahide Castle Tour & Whiskey Tasting returns ! Beginning at 5pm , we start with a tour of the 800 year old castle with the brilliant castle guides before arriving downstairs for a 5-part whiskey tasting with a tutor from Whiskey Island . This season , the whiskeys we feature at the tasting include : the hugely popular liqueur from , 10YO single malt, single pot still , Bart’s complex blend from & the delicious small batch blend. What a truly special setting for an tasting - The Crypt . A pre-dinner tasting for international guests of A Touch of Ireland. A liqueur to start , followed by , and finishing with the most local pour - . No clear favourite on the night , they all had a following - the ideal result as it showcases the depth and diversity of Irish Whiskey !
