Congratulations to Ballintubber on this years great results, it goes to show when there is Co-operation from the villagers getting together what can be achieved! They grow on every years performance and as a result achieve,
Lessons there to be learned by other tidy towns committees if they are to progress to enhance their village not only during the summer months but all year round, flowers alone are temporary, but to use the natural amenities and historical elements are long lasting as Ballintubber Keadue and Tulsk have shown?
On a final note-: Our village has so so many historical elements that are not been used to the best effect mainly due to inactivity of our representation in local and national office

DO NOT VOTE for FF/FG (pigs of the one snout)
Let’s get 3 independents into power in this part of the constituency
1 Kirrane
2 Fitzmaurice
3 Naughton

Up until January 20th (yes, that's just next week!) you can apply for the Get Ireland Growing fund organised by GIY (Grow it Yourself).

You can register to top up your existing GIY group, school or Men's Shed with a fresh growing project or just start that new GIY group in your community you've been thinking about for so long now :)
