A great new addition to the line up this year are these custom built Chatham special tuna rods, as seen on wicked tuna! The super soft tips help prevent dropped or spat baits and keep a firm hookhold while the extra long 9ft length gives extra action with the fish in the water! The Winthrop tx10 adjustable butts allow us to adjust the bend in the rod to play the fish further away from the boat and prevent losses in the prop or rudder gear. I can't wait to put a bend in them! We now run these in conjunction with 3 thrasher stand up rods, considered the best in the business 💪😀 looking forward to tuna 25!
A perfect entry for a MI glider. This will gather data during its dives for the next 2 weeks or so and move with the currents to collect valuable data about our local Cartography
Some locals keeping us company! Loads about in 2024 we hope 25 will be the same
We wish you all screaming reels like this one in 25! You can't beat the sound of a bluefin run! A very Happy and Healthy New Year to all of our friends, fans and your families. May it be the best one yet
The end of the tuna season had more fish showing than the rest of the year! Hopefully we get this kind of stamp coming in with the bait a little earlier next year
The run of mackerel at the end of September was the best we saw all year
Although the mackerel weren't hopping into the boat this year like they normally are, we hit some great shoals and especially saw a huge in rease in them at the end of the season
Some active dolphins we encountered on an evening trip a couple of weeks ago. Thanks a million Sandra for the footage! 😎
If you ever wanted some insight into what's going on under your line here it is! Thank you to Arthur for the footage. Did anyone spot the ling snooping tight on the bottom? Bait change needed 🤔😀
