We have been busy making improvements to our workshop over the last few weeks

The purchase of another Gantry - this time with 2 electric hoists with a 10t and 5t crane system
This brings the total number of Gantries in our workshop to 3
Supplied & fitted by Ballinphellic Engineering Co. in Cork

The purchase of another set of Finkbeiner lifts that can lift 7.5 tonne each so the four combined can lift a 30t truck up to 2 metres to allow our technicians to walk under the truck safely
This will make jobs like fitting PTO's , hydraulic pumps & auto electrical work easier
Joe also supplied us with a Finkbeiner trailer beam that can also be used to lift trailers

We fitted this PM 58526 Crane and a 24ft flat body for our friends in O Carroll Haulage & Crane Hire earlier this year .

The body has a rear hydraulic push out, stainless steel lockers & crane pad holders, galvanised chain trays and a fall arrest system.

Maurice bought his first PM crane from us in 2014 and he's been back almost every year since for another PM crane - thank you for your continued support.

We supplied & fitted a new VDL Hook Loader, Remote Sheeting System, we also supplied a reconditioned Palfinger 15500 Radio Remote.

Dennehy's in Cork sent us up this MAN 32.430 8 wheeler - we fitted a new VDL hook loader to it.
For some finishing touches we fitted alloy checker plate mudguards , galvanised net trays on both sides and a stainless steel toolbox.

McElvaneys sent us down this nice Scania 8x4 chassis - we fitted with a new VDL hook loader. We put the finishing touches to it with a set of alloy checker plate mudwings and galvanised net baskets on both sides . Best of luck to Panda Waste - thanks for the business😀.

We've had a super busy 1st quarter of 2023 which is great to see.
As most of you will know, all types of equipment have very long lead times at the moment.
Early this year we were very lucky to get our hands on a cancelled order of 20 VDL hook loader bodies - delighted to say that almost half are sold already !
If you have a chassis on order or a good used chassis give us a call now and we'll put your name on one.

Here's a one that we did a few years ago - it's currently back in Irish Commercials and is for sale.
It has a PM28526 crane which has a max lift of 5270Kgs and a max reach of 17 metres lifting 1090 Kgs.

As tractor units go they don't come much better than this !
A tag axle Scania 660S Topline.
We fitted it with a PM 47525 crane - that was the easy bit... To fabricate a custom catwalk with hidden toolboxes was the real challenge, but our talented team here got it done.
We are really pleased with the end result - it must be one of the finest crane trucks in Ireland .
Thanks to James Brown at Limerick Metals for coming to us - safe motoring to Anthony, We're looking forwards to seeing the final details on this one, keep an eye out for it at the truck shows in 2023.

Another crane / tipper combination that left here recently .
On this Volvo FL 18 tonner we built a 5 meter tipping body with 3 part drop sides and fitted a PM15522 radio remote crane. The crane has a max lift of 3140 Kgs & a max reach of 8.25 meters lifting 1720 kgs.

AQS Environmental Solutions were here this week to collect a new Renault C440 8x4 that we fitted with a VDL 25 tonne hook loader.
This is their 3rd VDL hook loader - there are very happy with the heavy lifting ability and the simplicity of the design.
