The Irish Guild of Set Decorators was established in 2017, inviting members from all grades working within the field of set decoration in Ireland. The guild aims to protect the interests of its members and to inspire, teach and preserve the legacy of set decoration in film and television worldwide. The guild collectively represents a diverse range of skills and experience across a broad range of f
ilm and television production from feature and drama to advertising, documentary and light entertainment, ranging from large budget and international productions to micro budgets and shorts. As a group we strive to encourage and educate members present and future, to share expertise and knowledge for the betterment of our practice and we take great pride in acknowledging the creative work of fellow set decorators, past and present, promoting excellence in our field worldwide.
