To say we are proud of this young man, our nephew, .12 Cathal Prendergast is an understatement.
Cathal has today passed his final exam in becoming a fully commercially endorsed skipper and is the 3rd generation of skippers in the O Malley family.
Cathal started out as a young lad with a serious interest in the boats and the business and as soon as he was old enough was on the deck lending a hand until he became a full time deck hand and from the deck to the wheel house. In the wheelhouse he has continued to learn and excel and we are delighted for him that he now officially has his skippers ticket..
