Flight #3 gets me to the fab Kinabatangan River. Stayed at a river lodge for 2 nights.
The wildlife was fantastic here. Went to lunch in a nearby village at a locals home, a great experience. A nice chilled few days, river cruises, wildlife spotting, and getting to sleep to the sound of crickets and frogs.
Borneo is just an amazing place ๐

A short flight of 1.5 hours and my next few days is at the stunning Mulu National Park.
Walks, swims and nature, no TV, no WiFi!
The sounds of the birds, frogs, and crickets is hypnotising. There are lots of caves to explore. The last video is thousands of bats leaving the cave for the night! More pictures to follow.
