One Hundred Degrees was opened by Praba Sankaran who had the vision of combining exquisite, innovative flavours with elegant, warm service in order to create an exceptional dining experience. Our ingredients reflect the beautiful offerings of our County Wexford and Ireland and we take pride in our many partnerships with local suppliers. Our menu is ever-evolving in order to collaborate with natura

l, seasonal produce availability, and to showcase the creative inclinations of the kitchen. We combine traditional and contemporary culinary styles, as well as take inspiration from a variety of international cuisines to yield exciting and interesting flavours. We have a Thursday Surprise 8 Course Tasting Menu and a Sunday Lunch Set Menu also. We do our best to cater for all special dietary requirements with advanced notice. As usual, we will be closed for our annual break between Monday January 6th to Wednesday February 12th and back just in time for Valentine’s weekend! Our online reservation system will still be open to make your bookings for February and onwards, and our emails will remain monitored ☎️

We heard you..!! We know some of you have been wanting to try our Thursday Night Tasting Menu but Thursday doesn’t always suit! For October and November, we are trialing EXTENDING the days we offer our 8 Course Surprise Tasting Menu to Wednesday, Thursday AND Friday🥳

It’s an amazing way to try out a range of dishes created by Praba and the kitchen each week for fantastic value - the menu is by surprise and changed every time, always with local, fresh and exciting produce.
You can always let us know ahead of booking what ingredients you would dislike to see put in front of you and we can always make adjustments so you can have the most enjoyable experience - so don’t let the unknown stop you!

You’ll sample our daily breads, and try meat, fish, veggie and dessert courses.

Don’t worry - you won’t leave hungry 😉

Last night’s Tasting Menu amuse bouche course of crab was incredible - Praba and the kitchen had fun creating this one. One fresh bite to start the evening off.

Praba and Manuel travelled to local suppliers around North Italy last year to personally source high quality, premium cured meats to use in One Hundred Degrees. We’re so excited to have opened the delivery yesterday morning - it’s an exquisite, tasty and unique selection that will elevate our charcuterie and other dishes. Be sure to come in and sample our selection!

Stunning purple artichoke in the house today - it’s going to be a feature on a dish at tonight’s Thursday Night 8 Course Surprise Tasting Menu 💜 Praba is always hugely passionate about getting in interesting and unique fresh produce to create exciting dishes with - and this one is not to be missed!
