The gourmet moments of 𝐋𝐚 𝐓𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 de 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 are orchestrated by Franck Pujol, Chef of cuisine, and Sébastien Giustetto, Master of Hotel, who offer you a tasty and colorful restaurant, with the scents of the local.
Today we are rewarded with a hat at the " Gault et Millau " and the title of " Master Restaurateur ". We also subscribe to the association " Haute-Provence Gourmet " that value the cuisine of our local region.
Franck Pujol, our Chef will make you discover his idea of culinary art: to give pleasure and express your passion and creativity for an inventive and colorful cuisine, rich in the flavours of Provence.
He did his first experiments in a Michelin-star restaurant, with Michel Guérard at the " Prés d ' Giroud " and Olivier Roellinger at the " Maisons de Bricourt ".
Chef since 2006, awarded a Michelin plate at " Château de Mazan ", he reveals himself in his book " From the Terre à l ' plate " published in 2013.
With the seasons, you will enjoy the Duck Foie Gras and its citrus fruit, the square of lamb in grass crust, roasted eggplant, fresh bush slightly raised, the St Pierre roasted, purple artichoke barigoule, arugula leaves and crumble with parmesan and many other gourmet surprises.

Every Sunday noon, the buffet of "scents and flavours of Provence and elsewhere" awaken your taste buds. The masterpiece buffet will be back in July.
For lunch, in the beautiful season, our menu "Sur Jardin" welcomes you from April to September on the hotel's terrace in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
