Midreshet B'erot Bat Ayin invites All women, Mothers & Daughters Aunts and Nieces to participate in our exciting Tuesday afternoon Healing Program!


2:30-3:45 Herbal Workshop, Nutrition and Health with Rebbetzin Chana Bracha Siegelbaum at her home/garden Herbal Workshop

We will integrate Eastern, Western and Native American Herbology with the ancient wisdom of the Torah. The course includes textual learning of Jewish sources on herbs and healing, and general knowledge of the use of herbs. Additionally, the workshop includes practice in the growing and gathering herbs, and in preparing, infusions, oils and tinctures.

Take a break in your afternoon to develop flexibility & strength, health & awareness. Focus on the harmony & unity of body, breath & mind! Her studio is a holy place apart for women of all ages. Coming to her classes is probably one of the nicest and healthiest things you can give to yourself.

I was planning on taking a break after 9th of Av...but the situation here in Israel is so heavy, we are not emotionally prepared for a fun time. So.....you are all most welcome anytime to come and relax into deep poses, come alive, touch upon the quiet small still voice within...
