ות ניסיון בתחום המשפט המסחרי בכלל והמיסויי בפרט, אותו צבר, בין היתר, ברשות המסים לישראל, ואצל המשרדים הגדולים והמובילים בישראל: דר' אבי אלתר (ז"ל) ושות', משרד עורכי הדין גרוס, חודק, קלינהנדלר, הלוי, גרינברג ושות' (GKH), ומשרד רואי החשבון בריטמן, אלמגור, זהר ושות' (Deloitte). ירון השתתף בכתיבת הספר "אמנות מס – 111 טבלאות השוואה של אמנות המס של ישראל", כיהן כמרצה במכללה למנהל במשך יותר מעשור, וכן כמנהל האקדמי בתחום החשבונאות והמסים (המכללה למנהל - שלוחת גינת).
עיקר התמחותו של ירון הוא בייעוץ וליווי משפטי של חברות ויחידים בתחום המשפט המסחרי, חברות והייטק, תוך שימת דגש על תחומי המס השונים - מס הכנסה, מס ערך מוסף, מיסוי מקרקעין, מיסוי בינ"ל, חוקי עידוד, תוכניות לתגמול עובדים ועוד. ירון מלווה באופן שוטף חברות, יחידים וכן משקיעים פרטיים. כמו כן, ירון מתמחה בתכנוני מס, במתן חוות דעת מיסוייות, ובייצוג נישומים מול רשויות המס וכן בערכאות השונות בבתי המשפט וועדות הערר. בנוסף למומחיות המיסוייות, לירון מומחיות וניסיון רב בתחומי המשפט המסחרי וזאת באופן המאפשר יצירת סינרגיה בין עולם המס והמשפט המסחרי.
ירון מעורב, מעת לעת, בהליכי חקיקה מיסויית, ובכלל זה משתתף בדיוני פורום המסים של לשכת עורכי הדין, ומכהן כיו"ר (משותף) וועדת המסים בלשכת עורכי הדין (מחוז מרכז). ירון מעביר הרצאות בכנסים, ימי עיון, ובפורומים שונים, וכן מפרסם מאמרים וכתבות בעיתונות הכתובה, האלקטרונית ובירחונים מקצועיים. ירון מכהן כ’דירקטור’ בתאגיד היהלומים העולמי ,(De Beers) כחבר הנהלת "איגוד שכירים בעלי שליטה" וכיועץ מקצועי לענייני מיסוי לאיגוד, נמנה על צוות המומחים הקבוע במיסוי של חברת 'חשבים'.
כמו כן, ירון חבר "בקרן אייסף" הבינלאומית לחינוך; באמצעות ובשיתוף פעולה עם "קרן אייסף", מוענק חינוך לאלפי ילדים ברחבי הארץ, במטרה לצמצם את הפערים העמוקים בחברה הישראלית, תוך מתן הזדמנות שווה לכולם. We have extensive experience in assessment proceedings and in representing taxpayers before the tax authorities, including advising clients with respect to a variety of corporate and individual tax matters, and tax planning for corporations and individuals. I have more than 20 years of legal experience in general, and tax law in particular, which I gained working in the largest and leading firms in Israel as follows:

A. Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co. (GKH) as a Senior Associate;

C. Dr Avi Alter - one of Israel's largest tax law firms - as a lawyer; and

D. The Israeli Tax Authority - as a member of the legal department. I contributed to the writing of "Tax Treaties - 111 Comparison Tables of Israel's Tax Treaties"​ and I am the author of numerous articles in professional journals.
