Ten years ago, a guy with a big dream created a small tour company that was all about encouraging visitors to discover the real Israel. Since then, Dekel Tours has been incredibly fortunate to have helped thousands of guests forge meaningful connections with the people, places, and stories that make up this fascinating country. As the company has grown, we’ve witnessed the remarkable resilience, ingenuity, and heart of our communities and neighbors as the country has experienced incredible highs and unspeakable lows. We are all still grieving over the tragic events of October 7 and the ongoing war, and we’re praying for the return of all of the hostages and a swift resolution to the conflict. We know that recovery will be a long and difficult road, but we are optimistic about the future.

Our hearts are full with all the support and love we’ve received from our past guests, and we can’t wait to begin introducing new visitors to the amazing people and stories that prove time and again that there’s no better way to understand Israel than by experiencing it for yourself.

Yesterday the Dekel Tours team embarked on a memorable 'יום כיף' (Yom-Kef - Fun Day)! We started the day in Old Jaffa, unraveling the secrets of this ancient city on a captivating scavenger hunt with Israel ScaVentures. Everyone's competitive side came out (some more than others), and we loved discovering Jaffa's hidden treasures (as well as a few hidden talents).
But the fun didn't stop there! In the afternoon, we took part in a cocktail masterclass hosted by the talented mixologists at The Alchemist. We had a great time honing our skills as we crafted a variety of delectable cocktails.

We love every opportunity to step out from behind our desks and explore the ever-changing landscapes of this amazing place. We recently stopped by The Tower of David museum in Jerusalem to see what they've been up to, and this world of history and exploration has managed to make itself even more special. This remarkable museum recently earned an award for its commitment to accessibility, ensuring that everyone can fully immerse themselves in the wonders it holds. The interactive displays bring the past to life, allowing visitors to engage with the stories that shaped Jerusalem's history. Delve into the historical narratives of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, and gain a deeper understanding of their relationships with the city. On their Tel Aviv-Jaffa Graffiti Tour, the Sacks family witnessed the spirit of the city and discovered the captivating stories behind each installation.
