Today, Wednesday 28/11/2018 The traditional Hanukkah menorah was placed in the Western Wall. The menorah is made entirely of bronze casting, which is over 2 meters in height and about 2 meters wide. Its weight is estimated 1000 Kg and its production process was about 7 months. During Hanukkah, which begins on Sunday, December 2 and every Monday evening, Till December 10 a candle lighting event will take place at the Western Wall With Public figures and rabbis. Chanukah is a wonderful opportunity for the general public to take part in special and exciting events that take place in the Western Wall and be part of the festive atmosphere that shines in every direction. The candle lighting event will be held every evening at 16:30. Except Friday, 7/12/18, where candle lighting will begin at 15:30 and Saturday evening, 8/12/18 at 19:00.
