New (and improved) travel rules to Israel.
As of 10 January 2022 these are the most up to date official entrance requirements to Israel.

The basic requirements are:
1. At least 14 days have passed from receiving your last vaccination shot (2 shots OR 2 shots + booster) to no more than 180 days by the time you depart Israel.
2. The country from which you are coming is not red - must be classified as green or orange (such as the USA, UK & Australia) -

3. You have not been to a red country at least 14 days before your arrival in Israel.
That's it, for the time being at least.
