Trying to put in words the last two weeks touring DC NYC And Boston universities campus with Ashger Arro and Mijal Bitton .
So first thank you both it's been inspiring and heartwarming. Thank you for this incredible opportunity.  Meeting students from various backgrounds made me only have faith again that the only way forward is through deep listening,  Dialogue,  understanding mutual pain, understanding the need for community belonging and LOVE. 
Hoping for better days to come and more meaningful conversations. Thank you again!

Thank you for all the peopl ( you know who you are ) that went out of your way and beyond to spend time togther.

Thank you Boston's womans mission that once again taught me the power of sisterhood.

Thank you for organizing and making your visions come true. Without you Campus Conversation would have never happend or be the same. Thank you nethanella and jeff and Matt too. We felt your incredible support.

Thank you universe that keeps pushing me forward to new engagements with the world.

Let's keep talking to one another , let's stop the duality and choose understanding compassion, complexities and empathy.

30 days has passed since the massacre and the war against the Hamas terror organization. 30 days of increasing trauma, pain, suffering, existential fears, grief, love, compassion and light. Feeling daily the tension between dark and light forces. Trying to digest, understand and process. Left me and many with no words, just many silent thoughts. So here are a few of them: 

1.  Can't believe again we are witnessing the tragedy of people loosing hope and trust in humanity's ability to have empathy in times of deep atrocities. And instead getting caught up in the blame and shame game and comparing trumas while people are suffering. Maybe better to choose holding space and compassion to all innocent people might be better. 

2.  The continuation of news and social media in inciting violence separation and division with not enough regulation and the thin line between hate crimes to freedom of speech that can break any moment into a civil war. Maybe we try not letting the  extremist to be the dominant voice. 

3. The lack of accountability and responsibilities in each side including power forces and countries of the world playing the part in this vicious ongoing cycles of wars and terror. 

4.  We all need more wisdom to process all the overload of information and have the intuition to differ  between fake news to truth.  Realizing we are all blinded by societies, media and manipulation of of our minds. Maybe truth lies somewhere in between or not at all. Let's question what we see and hear. Any ask the right difficult question. 

5.  If only humanity could have  more compassion to all mankind, where would we be now. The other is you.

6. We all need patience , we are two quick to assume, respond and comment without any thoughts or awareness. Just acting from our trumatic autopilots. I wish each one who posts, acts, protest will ask themselfes first - AM I adding violence or love? Or Am I creating more divisions? Can I create a dialogue? 

7.  Healing can be done only when we heal ourselves from generations of ongoing trauma. Let's focus on  Creating trauma based healing communities.  It's gonna take generation to heal. NOW is the time.

8 days of an incredible group of people. Encounters, dialogues and meaningful conversation , delicious meals, best views. Blessed to have the opportunity to guide Tufts - Fletcher with .

Especially in these sensitive days I wish all of us will look to heal our inner conflict and continue shining light like this group of people does.

So greatful to ITrek that invited me to guide Itrek team Trek. Started with a lovely encounter with all Itrek team generation, learning about the vision for the future, challanging us to think about geopolitics, israel sociaty and goodness. visiting Tel aviv, Beit Lehem, Jerusalem , Ella Valley, Be'er Milca. Thought provoking meetings with Assaf Orion, Fainy Sukenic, Miri Eizen and Husam Jubran and more . Exciting sand surfing, electrical scooters, cooking class, and spirituality in a heart opening Cacao cermoney.

Meeting Itrek team was the most inspiring part, people that care about the future of humanity, who keep searching for true encounters to create a better world. Focusing on each participant and Plantings seeds of hope, innovation, creativity, peace and Love!

With all what is going on in the world , This year we recieved a massive reminder - Easter ,Passover and Ramadan happened to be celebrated at the same time. I guess this is a sign for humanity to keep feeling that we are all connected. That we are all one, that the other is you!
I wish you all happy holidays! May we be filled with clarity, light, freedon, infinite love and faith and feel the unity within us and around us. May we Allow our light to shine even brighter ⚡❤🙏
