No trip is complete without visiting to some good restaurants and interesting local food markets.
I believe that good food is an intrinsic part of the local culture, and a way to get to know that culture is through tasting it. Behind each stall or restaurant lies an interesting story to be revealed on a full stomach and a fine glass of wine.
My trips combine popular eateries and high quality chef restaurants, popular markets and gourmet markets. These visits are, of course, combined with the itinerary which includes significant interesting sites, special attractions, history and nature.

There is the standard barmitzva and there is the barmitzva celebration at the Kotel in Jerusalem. You cannot imagine how standing, wrapped in a talit and reading from the Torah, at this holy, historic and ancient site can become so personal. intense, and significant an experience for the barmitzva boy and for his family.

When a family asks me to help them plan their barmitzva tour, I'm adapting the itinerary to match their specific needs. Some families are nature lovers, some are looking for good restaurants, there are those that seek challenges, and there are families that love history and archaeology.

I'm trying to suit the tour to the participants ages. It is important to me that everyone: grandfather, nephew, grandson and aunt, enjoy the trip equally, All are looking forward to the tour and each of them should leave with a memorable experience.
