אבל איזה כיף שיאירוש שוטה גם שייק עם אבקת קומפליט וניל.
והא גם הוסיף לעצמו את כל הקפסולות!
ככה אני רגועה שהוא מקבל את כל מה שהגוף שלו זקוק לו לחיזוק!!!

12 דברים שלא ידעתם עליי:

שמי מיה אביטבול, בת 48, נשואה לאילן, ואמא של ליאל ויאיר המתוקים.

🪷 נולדתי במרסיי (דרום צרפת), במקום להיולד בקיבוץ משמר הנגב, שם הורי חיו.

🪷 הורי נתנו לי את השם מיה (בלי א'), ודוד שלי נתן לי את הפירוש שלי השם שלי, ומאז אני דבקה בו!!

🪷 מגיל 1,5 עד גיל 7 גרתי באי מרטיניק, באיים הקראיבים.

🪷 סיימתי בית ספר בגיל 20 כי חזרתי פעמיים על כיתות (כיתה ב' בארץ וכיתה ז' בצרפת)

🪷 עליתי לארץ בגיל 21 (כמעט), אבל מגיל 9 ידעתי שזה מה שאני רוצה לעשות. לחזור לארץ!

🪷 בארץ, למדתי גיל הרך במכללת דוד ילין אבל רוב השנים, התנדבתי ועבדתי עם סטודנטים עולים בירושלים.

🪷 התייתמתי מאמא בגיל 27, לפני (יותר מידי זמן) 21 שנה.

🪷 התחתנו בירושלים, תחת שלג מדהים, ונורא רציתי לצאת להצטלם בחוץ אבל המאפרת והצלם לא רצו... פחדו על האיפור והתסרוקת שלי.....

🪷 תמיד חלמתי על אח גדול (אני בכורה), ולפני כשלושה שבועות, גילינו שיש לנו אחים גדולים!
לא אחים של קשר דם! אחים בלב! וזה היה כל כך מרגש!

🪷 אני בתוכנית לאורך חיים בריא שהחזירה לי את כל האנרגיות והחיוניות שלי מצד אחד, ומצד שני מאוד עזרה לי להתרכז ולהיות מאורגנת יותר (קשב וריכוז...)

🪷 לפני שנה וחצי, ובמקביל לעבודה כגננת, התחלתי עסק בינלאומי מהנייד, עסק ששינה לי ולכל משפחתי את החיים.

🪷 אחד החלומות שלי הוא ללוות נשים וילדים, לגרום להם לאהוב את עצמם, להאמין בעצמם ולעזור להם הגיע ליעדים שלהם.
ובע"ה, יום אחד זה יקרה!!!

Bonjour a tous. Voici les commentaires et les photos d'une tres belle journee d'oenotourisme, hier mercredi 26/8 en compagnie d'un groupe tres sympathique de touristes francais amateurs de vin. Partis de tel aviv nous avons visite les caves de Tzora, Metzuda et Castel situees toutes 3 pres de Bet shemesh (30 min de jerusalem, 1h depuis tel aviv). La nous avons ete recus chaleureusement et les degustations de vins et de fromages suivies d'explications techniques et d'anecdotes. A Tzora nous avons deguste 4 vins (2 rouges et 2 blancs) en finissant par le merveilleux vin decdessert "Or". Chez Castel tres belle visite du vignoble et de la cave pour finir en degustant tous les vins produitscpar cette prestigieuse winery. A la cave Metzuda ou je travaille en tant que consultant, les participants ont deguste les 4 vins produits dont le Blend Prestige, et ont eu le rare privilege de s'essayer a la pratique d'assemblage de vins. Ils devaient essayer de reproduire le vin final "Har Eitan" en utilisant du cabernet et du petit verdot venant des barriques en cours de vieillissement. L'un des groupes (le grouoe d'Ari et Audrey) a meme reussi a faire un vin tres approchant du produit fini. Respect aux oenologues amateurs et Merci a tous pour cette journee tres agreable. Bravo a Sandra allouche pour l'assistance logistique inegalable.

שלום לכולם. הנה מזכרת מיום סיור יקבים אתמול עם קבוצת תיירים צרפתיים בשלושה יקבים: צרעה, קסטל ויקב מצודה בגבעת יערים. ביקב מצודה בו אני עובד כיועץ הקבוצה התנסתה בספורט הנדיר של הרכבת בלנדים. קיבלו קברנה ופטי וורדו מחביות כדי לנסות לחכות את הבלנד שלי שהוא יין הדגל של היקב "הר איתן". יום נפלא אווירה חביבה וינות נהדרים. אשמח לקבל קבוצות נוספות להיכרות עם עולם היין. לחיים. אילן

Dear all. This week, I took my university class to a wine tasting visit in Yatir Winery, like every year, with the professional guidance of Eran Goldwaser the gifted winemaker of the winery. After the tour we tasted 5 wines:
Rose Yatir 2014: my first tasting of that wine, made from Tempranillo and Grenache with great acidity, a long finish and wide variety of floral and citrus hints. And interestingly, I felt a significant aroma of green pepper and asparagus, as if they succeeded to recall the past memory of their disappeared sauvignon blanc.
Viognier 2013: Major nuts aromas in a bodied and vanilla/apricot and peach aromatic wine, different from the chardonnay style and very nicely typical. Great job, elite wine
Har amasa 2011: The winery red blend replacing the former Merlot-shiraz -cab (Mashak), from a strategic and marketing decision to have a wine changing in its blend composition between vintages. Bodied wine, but still very easy drinking with refreshing acidity and long finish.
Syrah 2010: More aged in color and coffee, chocolate and leather aromas. More narrow audience wine, classy and elegant. Still has at least 5 years of aging ahead.
Cabernet 2010: Beside the legendary Yarden Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine needs all the respect to one of the purest and best characterized cabernet wines I had the privilege to taste. And surprisingly, this 5 years old full-bodied wine is an easy drinking refreshing wine at first sip and then releases its whole intensity.
Wonderful job Eran goldwasser, and all Yatir team. Congrats and thanks for your welcoming us every year, and even twice a year
