A beautiful day in the Dead Sea Region! We started off the day in Ein Gedi, where David hid from King Saul and penned many of the Psalms. We had a time of worship and prayer and read Ezekiel 37, reflecting on the valley of dry bones and the promise of new life and restoration. Then, we ascended up Masada, the ancient fortress for the Jewish People.

We are so grateful for our dear travel partners for making these incredible experiences possible.

Yesterday, 30 believers, including 11 pastors, took a powerful step of faith and were baptized in the Jordan River. It was a deeply moving moment for everyone on our journey. We also visited our Eagles’ Wings Forest of Life, where our group connected with the Biblical significance of this initiative and planted their own trees—a beautiful act of fulfilling prophecy. It was truly a day of declarations and seeing the Word come to life!

Today, on the one-year anniversary of October 7th, our Solidarity Tour visited sites that, just a year ago, faced brutal attacks by Hamas. At Kibbutz Nahal Oz, one of the first targets, 15 lives were taken, and 8 people were kidnapped. Today, we were hosted by Oshrit Sabag, who survived the attack, sheltering in a bomb shelter with her family for over 20 hours.

We also stood at the site of the Nova Festival Massacre, where 365 young lives were lost, and 40 others were taken captive. At the Nova Festival site, Bishop Robert met with Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, paying tribute to those lost and reflecting on the need for action.

Seeing the burnt cars of thousands who tried to flee from Hamas left us speechless, a haunting reminder of their desperate attempts to escape.

These atrocities, both past and ongoing, must not be forgotten. Our hearts are with our Jewish brothers and sisters, and we remain steadfast in our support, praying for peace in Israel and for the Jewish people.
