The kumquat season is here! 🍊 This unique citrus fruit is small, sweet, and tangy—perfect for brightening up your winter dishes. Want to try something fun? Make kumquat jam!

Here’s a quick and easy recipe:

Ingredients:

500g kumquats
500g sugar
1 lemon (juiced)
200ml water
Instructions:

Slice kumquats thinly, removing seeds.
Combine kumquats, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a pot.
Boil, then simmer for 1-1.5 hours until thickened.
Pour into sterilized jars and let cool.
Enjoy the taste of winter in every jar!

Nouveau à Netanya !

Une galerie d'art au 4 rue Ha'Melaha, et maintenant en l'honneur de Hanoukka a eu lieu l'ouverture de la première exposition. Venez visiter et profitez-en!

Les œuvres de l'exposition ont été inspirées par le feu et la lumière de Hanoukka. Le feu passionnant au cœur de la fête, qui symbolise la force, la chaleur et le renouveau, à côté de la recherche intérieure de lumière dans les temps sombres. Les peintures et sculptures de l'exposition s'inspirent à la fois du symbolisme de la fête et de l'esprit de la vie ici.

Dr Moria Mor, sculpteur invitée à la galerie, au côté de la peintre Patricia Abramovitz, propriétaire de la galerie.

L'exposition sera visible jusqu'au 7/1/25 inclus.
