update about tourism to Israel

* Outline of vaccinated tourists *
* The outline *
• As of Nov 1st . 2021, any vaccinated person (foreign) who meets all the cumulative conditions will be allowed to enter:
- Did not stay in a red country in the 14 days prior to his entry into Israel.
- Resistance to a vaccine approved by the WHO or applicable, in accordance with the conditions set out in section 3 below.
- There is no other impediment to bringing him into Israel.
Enters Israel through Ben Gurion Airport.
• A foreigner who does not meet the above conditions will not be allowed to enter Israel through this outline, not even under full isolation conditions (for this population, exceptional committees will continue to exist).

3. Vaccination and recovery protocol approved by the Ministry of Health *
Strangers vaccinated with Pfizer, Moderna, Astraznica, Sinobak or SinoPharm:
- They were vaccinated with two vaccines and 14 days or more passed from the second vaccine on the day they entered Israel (but not more than 180 days when they left Israel).
- Immunized with a booster dose and 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they entered Israel.
• Foreigners vaccinated with Jensen's vaccine:
- 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they entered Israel (but not more than 180 days when they left Israel).
- Immunized with a booster dose and 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they entered Israel.
• Foreigners who present a reference, which can be digitally verified in the systems of the Ministry of Health in Israel, on a positive result in a NAAT test (molecular test such as PCR):
11 days or more have passed since the inspection on the day they entered Israel (but not more than 190 days when they left Israel).
- In addition, received at least one dose of the vaccines approved by the WHO (there is no significance to the passage of time and the order of events).

• Foreigners vaccinated with Sputnik, as of 11/15/21, and subject to a positive result in a serological examination in Israel (will be in isolation until a positive result is obtained):
- They were vaccinated with two vaccines and 14 days or more passed from the second vaccine on the day they entered Israel (but not more than 180 days when they left Israel).
- Immunized with a booster dose and 14 days or more have passed since the vaccine on the day they entered Israel.
4. * The process of entering Israel *
• Perform a PCR test up to 72 hours before the flight.
• Filling out a declaration of a passenger entering Israel: https://corona.health.gov.il/en/flights/
Passengers with a verifiable digital certificate will scan or upload their immunization or recovery certificate to the incoming passenger form and receive a green card before boarding.
Passengers who do not have a verifiable digital certificate will declare the vaccines in the incoming passenger form, and will also fill out an application form for shortening isolation, to which they will attach the relevant documents and receive a green card before boarding.
• Boarding conditions:
- Presentation of documentation of a negative result in a PCR test performed up to 72 hours before the flight to Israel.
Presentation of confirmation of completion of incoming passenger declaration.
- View one of the following documents:
* - * Immunization certificate attesting to the administration of vaccines in accordance with the provisions of section 3 above
* - * Recovery certificate, which can be digitally verified in the systems of the Ministry of Health in Israel, attesting to recovery.
* - * Exceptional entry permit from the Ministry of the Interior (outline of exceptions, groups)
• Ex*****on of sample examinations of documents and compliance with the conditions by the Population and Immigration Authority at Ben Gurion Airport.
• Perform a PCR test after landing at Ben Gurion Airport, isolation until a negative result is obtained or for 24 hours, whichever is earlier.
• For Sputnik vaccinated only - performing a serological test at Ben Gurion Airport, isolation until a positive result is obtained (in addition to isolation until a negative result is obtained in the PCR test performed after landing
You need to fill out and submit the form within 24 hours before the flight, the earlier the better. Without a complete form, you will not be allowed to board the flight or and border control will not let you through.
