For her latest project, Israeli artist Sigalit Landau decided to submerge a black gown in the Dead Sea. The gown entered the salt-rich waters in 2014 and was recently removed for display, and as you can see from these stunning pictures, the end result is nothing short of magical.

A bulla belong to King Hezekiah(727-698 BC) was found in archaeological excavations in Jerusalem .
The bulla’s size is 8.6-9.8 mm and it is made of silt probably stamped a papyrus. King Hezekiah prepared Jerusalem to the invasion of the Assyrians who conquered the kingdom of Israel in the north. He built a board wall which can be seen today in the Jewish quarter of Jerusalem and diverted the main water source of the city –the Gihon spring by excavating a tunnel which can be visited till today in Jerusalem.

Next to a gas station in Neve Ilan, close to Jerusalem there is a very special restaurant called “Elvis Inn”. Everything there is about the life of “The King”: Music , hundreds of pictures, statues, Elvis wine and what not …. You will even drink coffee in an Elvis Cap which you will take home with you as a souvenir. Yesterday, August 16, 38 years after the King left us we stopped there to remember him .He could have been 80 years old yesterday ……
