On a drive to the Galilee in Israel, we stopped for a short break. Little did we expect to find a Druze mother and daughter serving up their version of "fast food": Druze pita with labane, zatar, tabouli - baked over a taboun. We shared one - and then bought a 2nd to share. YUM
