For those who are eager to come to Holy Land we have great news! We are planning to start providing Tourist Services in May 2021. Contact us by e-mail [email protected] for details and rates!

And now we are proud to announce new accessible sites and attractions of SmarTrip -Israel in Ramat Hanegev Area - one of the most beautiful, amazing and surprising regions of Israel.

1) Khan Beerotayim. In the shadow of an ancient acacia tree, growing in the heart of the desert, there is a desert inn (khan) built of mud and date palms and decorated with carpets and recycled items—all natural. The variety of natural colors, shapes and textures and the peaceful environment produce a charming, soothing sensation and a sense of complete detachment from the hubbub of everyday life.
Khan Beerotayim offers accessible accommodation, outdoor facilities for mobility limited people and camel trips as well.

2) Ramat Negev Research and Development operates within the framework of the Ramat Negev Regional Council. It is funded by JNF, Ministry of Agriculture, the Office of Development of the Negev and Galilee, and the Settlement Division of the Zionist Federation. Accessible Agriculture trips are available on spot for groups and individuals.

We recommend you to start planning your trip at least 3 month in advance, our team will be happy to give you all needed information and rates by e-mail [email protected].

One more interesting fact about Shabbat🕎

There are different kinds of actions that are prohibited on Shabbat. For instance, orthodox people can not light fire, press buttons or cook food🍽️ It's obvious, that big Jewish families cook before Shabbat. But do they have to eat food cold, as they cannot light fire or push buttons on their ovens and stoves?..

Progress made Shabbat much more easier and tasty! There is a special Shabbat mode in ovens and stoves, which keeps food warm, but not overcook it! So next time you are in Israel, don't be surprised with special Shabbat mode in ovens in your Israeli friends' houses🇮🇱️

Shabbat Shalom!

A week ago there was Yom HaShoah - Holocaust victims memorial day. And today is another memorial day in Israel - Yom Hazikaron - the day of remembrance for fallen soldiers and victims of terrorism. There are also 2 sirens at 8:00 pm on Tuesday (April 17) and 11:00 am on Wednesday (April 18) when people come to a standstill.

A lot of different events take place in Israel on Yom HaZikaron. It all starts from memorial ceremony at the Western Wall in Jerusalem after first siren.

At 9:00 am on Wednesday many ceremonies on Jerusalem monuments will take place. It will continue to the ceremony for Israel's Fallen Soldiers at 11:00 am and the ceremony for Victims of Terrorism at 1:00 pm on Mount Hertzl.

Today in the evening, right after Yom HaZikaron, the Israel Idependence day will start. We'll tell you about Independence day events in the evening.

And right now let's come to a standstill in remembrance of Israel's fallen soldiers and terrorism victims.

Do you like shopping during trip? If your answer is "YES!", this post is for you.🛒

In Israel there a lot of places for shoppers -- small and big markets (in Hebrew market='shuk'), shopping malls, there are even streets of different shops. Clothes, food, souvenirs. Anything you like!

And of course, the most important question for shoppers is "How much?". Most of sellers know English well, but in case if not in Hebrew "How much?" is "K**a ze?". If you don't know how to count in Hebrew, the seller can always write you the answer.

And small lifehack for travellers in Israel. Do not hesitate to bargain on Israeli markets! It's common here and you can get a better price.

By the way, in our accessible tour in May, we have planned a free day for shopping in Jerusalem. Join us😉

Tour packages in Israel for people with disabilities. Adapted travel programs for wheelchair users. Special transport and tested routes. Accessible hotels, attractions and recreational areas.

Sarona market is newly renovated complex in the center of Tel Aviv, which used to be German Templar colony. It was established more than 140 years ago. After State of Israel establishment Israel defence forces headquarters were located there. There are still some buildings, which belong to Israel Defence Forces in Sarona.

After renovation Sarona houses popular bars, restaurants and food cabins. On the second day of our Jewish heritage tour we visit Sarona market and have lunch there. You can book tour online or write us a message on Facebook.

P.S. This huge icecream from the last pic you can also find in Sarona🍦

The first word you’ll hear in Israel is ‘SHALOM’. The translation of this word is ‘PEACE’✌️ and it is used instead of ‘Hello’ as a greeting. On someone’s ‘Shalom’ you may answer ‘Shalom’ or simply ‘Hi’. ‘Shalom’ is just a little politer.

And this is our driver Yoel saying to you:

-Shalom, friends! Have a good Wednesday!
