Cancellation policy-
- Tel Aviv Appartements "Comme à la Maison" reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit card prior to arrival.
- Cancellation up to seven (7) days prior to arrival - no charge.
- Cancellation within seven (7) days prior to arrival - 35% of the total reservation amount.
- Cancellation after two (2) nights of stay- no refund.
- During August, October and Passover, we char

Based on national tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay 18% VAT. This law also applies to dual citizens (e.g. American-Israelis), and is unavoidable. This tax does not appear in the website prices, is NOT automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation, and must be paid according to the guest's status. Foreign citizens (tourists) need to provide a copy of their passport and the stamp they received in it on entering Israel. This can either be sent as a picture message on a smartphone or by email. Cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not included, nor is the changing of towels or linen. It can be arranged once a week for an additional payment of $40. Payment-
Payment is completed on the second day of your stay at the latest. We accept US Dollars, Euros or Shekels and payment can be made either in cash or by credit card. Damage:
Claim for compensation will be made in cases of severe and clear damages such as: broken window, broken television, severe damage to the floor or the house walls, severe stains on furniture, extreme and irresponsible use of electricity.
