Are you trying to be more mindful in your everyday life? Is traditional sitting meditation difficult for you? This workshop is the perfect way to practice mindfulness in a creative and immersive way.
In this workshop we will pause and observe our inner and outer world through exploration of different art materials. In this way, art-making becomes a form of meditation that grounds us in the present moment and helps us slow down, reducing stress and anxiety, and helping us to feel more balanced.

*Practice using art as a meditative tool to feel calm and grounded.
*Practice letting go of expectation and trusting in the process.
*Build on our abilities to be compassionate toward ourselves
Mindfulness encompasses non-judgment. Anybody is welcome to join this workshop, and no prior art experience is required.
