Tomb of I'timād-ud-Daulah(Baby Taj Mahal)
Itmad-ud-daulah is the second most beautiful building in Agra after the Taj Mahal. It is the tomb of Mirja Gyas Beg, the father of Noorjehan and the grandfather of Mumtaz Mahal. He was from Iran and served in the court of Akbar. He was made Vazir (Prime Minister) after Nur Jehan's marriage to Jahangir in 1611. He died in 1621, and his daughter Noorjahan built this mausoleum for her parents(1622-28).
It is a masterpiece of a domeless tomb built in white marble. The tomb is situated, on the eastern bank of the river Yamuna. The mausoleum stands in the center of a Char-Bagh (four-quartered garden), with the usual enclosing walls and side buildings.
