The candidate applies for a job, the application reaches HR. HR then rates applications as per skills and experiences. Top rated candidates are called in for interviews. After the interview, the candidate is made to wait for a decision. Final shortlisted candidates are called to negotiate remuneration and terms. The Company on the other hand begins looking for the right candidate. The scrutiny starts by searching over portals, talking to people and often with help of an external recruitment agency. There is a detailed process of analysing every application and then shortlisting a list of candidates for the first phase interviews. After days and weeks of discussing internally, the final candidate/s are called in to negotiate. Consequentially, if it doesn’t work out at the final interview, the whole process goes back to square one again. With all that time which everyone has to invest, this proves a highly inefficient, unproductive and unaccountable way of going about things. To a problem like this, our answer is Vysume. Our Vision
