Cancellation Policy ✈PAYMENT TERMS ✈Non Refundable booking amount of 20000/- to be paid immediately at the time of confirming tour ✈Full payments to be paid on or before 45 days prior of your tour departure ✈Complete payment must be made as per the Payment terms mentioned above. In case of failure by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour/booking of the client. All amount paid will be forfeited and any further loss due to this shall be charged to client as per the cancellation charges mentioned below. ✈Cancellation policy ✈Non Refundable Booking amount INR 20000 per person ✈45 days to 30 days 50% of the package cost ✈29 days to 21 days 80% of the package cost ✈21 days or less 100% of the package cost ✈Passengers whose visas are not granted by the consulates must intimate us at-least 45 days in advance of the date of commencement/departure of the tour, at that time the company will deduct INR 20,000/- per
person towards Guidance Charges over and above any other actual expenses, if any, incurred and refund the balance amount.
Terms and Conditions ✈IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE NOTED FOR EUROPE TOUR BY THE TRAVELLERS ✈ Passport should be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of your return to India. Minimum 2 blank pages are required. ✈The group tour will only operate if we have a total of 20 full paying passengers travelling together on given departure dates. ✈ In the event that the group size is less than 20 passengers, you will be given an option of travelling on FIT basis, by paying an additional supplement on seat in coach basis with local representatives to assist you. There will be certain sightseeing which will not be provided when the tour operates on a seat-in-coach basis, due to operational reasons. ✈ Indian meals (where specified in the itinerary) and the cost is included in the package, that would be a preset menu and any request for a-la carte shall not be entertained. ✈ Breakfast (Excluding day 1) shall be included in the package and the menu would be continental which includes tea, coffee, cereal, juice, bread and butter. ✈ A person above 11 years shall be considered as an adult for the package. ✈ As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rolls away beds and the room size may be the same as a double room. ✈As per the hotel fire policy not more than 3 people can accommodated in a room across Europe. ✈ All Taxes (city tax, Bed tax) as applicable shall be charged extra on the tour price. ✈ Via reserves the right to re-route the itinerary. However all sightseeing & inclusions will remain the same. ✈ Optional excursions are subject to minimum 15 paying passengers. ✈ Pre / Post Tour accommodation at San Francisco or Las Vegas or any other city is not included and can be arranged on requested basis at additional cost ✈Travel insurance included for upto age group of 60 years.,In case of any claim or requests the client has to coordinate with the insurance company directly and VIA.COM would not be responsible for any claims. ✈TERMS AND CONDITIONS ✈ Passengers joining this tour must travel to / from the hub city at their own expense. ✈ All rates are based on current ROE USD 1 = INR 67.00. The rate of exchange prevailing on the day of final payment will apply as per VIA.COM forex rate card. ✈ The airfare is based on the fare structure existing as on 26th Jan 2017 .Any further increase in the airfare due to an increase in the fuel price, change in Government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. VIA.COM will not be held responsible for the same. ✈ Any damages caused in your hotel rooms / coach during your stay, shall be payable by the passengers. VIA.COM will not be liable for the same. ✈ The company shall not accept any liability / responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, theft, injury, accident, breakdown, death or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other force majeure conditions whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. ✈ The management reserves the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in schedules of aeroplane, bus, ship or other services.
✈ Due to private coaches being forbidden inside the cities in certain areas of your tour most of your sightseeing will be done by foot. The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible. ✈ Due to major international events and trade fairs throughout Europe such as Air Show, World Athletic Meet, the Motor Show, Ice Skating Championships etc, the hotels maybe blocked out more than two years in advance. In view of this, you may have to stay in hotels further away from the cities and the itineraries may have to be altered / amended. ✈ We also reserve the right to substitute a hotel of similar class if it is deemed advisable or necessary. The decision of the company in this matter shall be final and binding. ✈.For the convenience of our passengers, we will sometimes amend the itinerary. However, all the services will remain the same. The Tour Manager reserves the right to amend the itinerary without prior intimation to the traveler ✈ There are no refunds for any services i.e. meals, sightseeing etc. not utilized on your tour. ✈ A local representative or a driver may only be there to assist you during your initial part of the tour. ✈ In case you decide to change the date of your return reservation once confirmed the exact amount payable to the airline( including postponement charges, fare difference if any will be advised and the same is confirmed. ✈ All applicable Government taxes to be charged extra. ✈ The images used in this brochure are for representation purpose only. ✈ The decision on Visa (Grant or Decline) is solely at discretion of the Consulate and VIA.COM is not responsible for the same.
