The flight tickets of Rs 20900 on another platform, we quoted Rs 20490 and ended up booking Rs 19860!

A customer messaged us over WhatsApp to inquire about a flight booking.

He shares the flight details.
On all other websites it was costing Rs 21000.

We checked the applicable deal and quoted prices of Rs 20490 for the same flight. He transferred the amount.

Later on while booking, we got an even better offer and booked the same flight at Rs 19860.

after processing the ticket , we informed the same to the customer and requested his UPI I'd to refund Rs 620.

He sent a message and we refunded the amount.

Routine service creates satisfaction.
But when you go beyond, it creates delight and a life long memory.
